House Rules
I kindly ask my guests to follow the house rules below:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, booked in advance via one of the contact methods, no earlier than 5 minutes before.
In case of lateness, the massage duration will be reduced by the amount of time you are late, to respect clients arriving on time after you.
Cancellations for pre-booked appointments must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100%.
If two appointments are missed without proper cancellation, I will not be able to schedule any new appointments.
A shower is available after the massage.
Clients use the services entirely at their own responsibility.
Please inform me of any health problems or medical conditions at the time of booking or prior to your massage.
Massage services are only available to clients who are not suffering from illnesses or receiving medical treatments that would make massage inadvisable, for example:
Weakened health condition, inflammatory conditions, fever, skin diseases, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, thrombosis, arteriosclerosis, ulcers, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, advanced osteoporosis, bone injuries, acute sprains and dislocations, the first two days of menstruation, pregnancy.
All services must be paid immediately and are cash only.
To keep the massage room clean, please change your street shoes for provided slippers at the entrance.
By booking or receiving a service, you accept the house rules.
Clients who fail to follow the house rules will not be allowed to receive the services
